Where do you ship?
Jade Bliss Inc ONLY ships products within the United States of America.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our fulfillment team works as quickly as possible to get all orders processed within 1-3 business days from the date of your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam folder.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once it has shipped. Tracking information is sent automatically via email once an order is shipped out.
How much is shipping?
There is no set cost of shipping for USPS. To ensure you’re paying the most cost-effective price, shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined depending upon weight and location. Enter your information at checkout to see the exact cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
Jade Bliss Inc ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Jade Bliss Inc or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to resend the product.
Although we take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely with zero damage, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, the risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. Jade Bliss Inc does not take responsibility for stolen, lost, or missing packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the postal carrier. You as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS if your package has been damaged or lost.
Refunds and Cancellation
Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. Once access is granted, the content becomes permanently available to you. Herbal Products: For the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for our herbal products. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer an option. We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible and take great pride in our processing time.
