Smudging Instructions:
Set your intentions on what you would like to purify and/or manifest. Light the entire tip of sage or palo santo until smoke appears. If using palo santo, wait about 20 seconds before blowing the flame out. Allow the aromatic smoke to fill the air. Once finished, extinguish sage or palo santo in a fireproof bowl, dirt, or sand. Wood can burn out faster, so palo santo may need to be re-lit in large spaces. Do not leave burning sage/palo santo unattended. Do not wet to extinguish.
