- Soak sea moss entirely under spring, alkaline, distilled, or filtered water for 6-8 hours. DO NOT soak in tap water. Optional: Add lemon slices for extra detoxing bliss!
- After 6-8 hours, rinse sea moss one final time before blending.
- Add 2 part sea moss to 1 part water ratio inside a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until gelatinous.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks or freezer for 6 months.
